Theopenem was created to fill the gap for a reliable, free, and effective endpoint management solution. As IT trends change, the solutions we need to manage our organizations change too. There is more emphasis on security and mobile device management than ever before leaving less money for the “old school” technologies. Often times our budgets do not reflect the requirements needed to effectively manage our IT infrastructure. Theopenem addresses this problem by freeing up resources needed to manage PC’s and move those resources to other areas.
Theopenem can manage clients with Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 10 or Windows 11. Theopenem server components require Windows Server 2012R2, Windows Server 2016, or Windows Server 2019.
There are no plans to support Windows S.

Our first product CloneDeploy is a successful OS deployment solution that has been used all over the world since 2011, formerly called CrucibleWDS. OS management is an idea we have thought about for the past couple years and decided to go for it, with that, Magaeric Solutions LLC was born. Theopenem is our first product released under Magaeric Solutions LLC ownership and we believe it’s long list of features and free pricing structure make it among the best in the market.
All purchases begin with our contact form. Send us a message with the support plan or installation you are interested in. We will email you a no obligation quote with access to our invoice portal. If you approve the quote, you will receive an invoice where you can pay directly from the portal using a credit card, bank transfer, paypal, check, or purchase order. If you decide not to approve the quote, no problem, you'll never hear from us again, unless you want to.
No, regardless of the support option you choose, free, standard or pro, you will always receive the full software suite with no differences in functionality. We don’t believe in paid add-ons.
Yes, the pro support plan includes remote installation and updates while your pro support plan is active. If you do not wish to use the Pro support plan, a single remote installation option is available for purchase. The installation service is provided to ensure you get up and running as quickly as possible with the best topology for your organization. It is not required, but recommended. The installation documents are available at https://docs.theopenem.com/getting-started/overview/. You can review them before purchasing the installation service to determine if it’s something that can be handled without support.
